Cover the cornetti with a kitchen towel and allow to rise for 45 to 60 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Brush the tops of the cornetti with milk. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
