Achter deze brug doemt dé Pont de Normandie op. Het is een zogenaamde tuibrug en ligt op de plaats waar de Seine in het Het Kanaal uitmondt. Vanaf de A29 rij je zo de hoge brug met een hellingshoek van 6% op. Op 't hoogste punt ben je 59 meter boven de Seine. De brug is zo hoog, dat een vrije doorvaart onder de brug mogelijk is.
